With us it was the one where you made a circle with your index finger and thumb, then tried to get another guy to look at it somewhere below your waist. If he looked you got to punch him. However, if someone snuck up on you and broke your circle with their finger then they got to punch you.
We also did the bloody knuckles bit. That game sucked.
