Yeah, it is not like there has ever been a prisoner who was wrongly convicted.
I can see it now, some poor, innocent, sucker who was in the wrong place at the wrong time gets convicted of a murder. He spends the next twenty years of his life getting gang-poked by the Brady bunch. He decides to get an AIDS test, which surprisingly comes back negative, and on the way out of the doctor's office, the nurse shoots him with a syringe giving him AIDS to pay him back for being the slug he was to society....
Of course, two days later, DNA evidence will prove that he was innocent all along.
I wonder if they allow people to volunteer to help test these drugs. The article said 5 million people were infected last year alone. I am sure a few of those people would like a do-over.
