Ever since May 3rd '99, they've been a little jumpy on the trigger down there. Probably more so after May 8th and 9th of '03.
Oh, and this should make your day: My best friend who graduated a year behind me from OU's Meteorology program works for a company that helps improve the stations' systems with some sort of software stuff. England's on the list for an upgrade, and as soon as he gets it, expect more ratings grabs with even newer and more improved systems... they don't spend the money for nothing...
