What the hell is the difference? They are both career minor league players closing in on 35, who are sub-.250 career hitters, strike out freaking 25% of their at bats, and are liabilities in the field.
What's idiotic is thinking that a team is significantly hurt by not having one in the lineup instead of another.
If anything I would rather have Brown any day of the week, because he almost hit .290 last year, a number that Aaron Guiel will never even reach in his wettest dreams.
