They, Oddly enough, are both career .247 hitters. Brown has looked lost at the plate and in the field this year where he is hitting .220 with 2 home runs in 100 at bats. Last year was an anamoly for Brown. Guiel is a much better hitter and fielder. Guiel hit his 2nd homer today in just 25 at bats, and besides his fielding blunder, he has shown to be a much more consistent fielder.
