Glass is under increasing pressure to actually spend revenue sharing money, instead of pocketing it like he has been. It'll be better served in a few years to lock up the guys that perform (hopefully Gordon, Butler, Huber, and Greinke) to long term deals as opposed to primarily on FAs.
