it was listed as a quad level. They are counting the basement which is fully finished. I would call it more of a tri-level but there are 6 bedrooms and 2 living rooms and then a game room in the basement. 3 baths too. Its a really neat house and we love going there for Christmas. They have the only house than can hold 50 + people
