My ex-gf used to do that. I was did they same thing you did, let her walk. I'm not the kind of guy who is going to chase after someone that obviously is overdramatic and acting like a child. Apparently because I didn't want to put up with her shit I as you said "didn't care about her."
Oh and if and when you break up with this girl, expect a few episodes of stuff like this to happen.
