Yes, I'm a slammer/thrower/kicker/puncher. I get pissed and sometimes it feels like the only way to get that anger out is to throw something. Throw the phone and ahhhh, all better. Kind of sucks to have to replace the phone, but better than spending the night in jail for hitting someone.
