Your team will seem unprepared and make stupid mistakes and it will be frustrating to the fans. That being said, thhe gets his players ready to play in big games. But for the most part, you will be frustrated. The sooner Herm leaves KC the better b/c he is absolutely awful at developing young talent

I guess we shall see. At least that is where I am now. I was concerned when he was made head coach of the Chiefs.... I couldn't be more concerned at this point. I can only wait and see. However, Herm is not the only concern. The defense still concerns me. The worst DT's in the game and even Herm can't fix that with these guys. So, I won't be blaming him for that.
