It's tricky.
If Westbrook suits up, start him. He has five touchdowns and has 420 total yards through three games. He has managed 315 total yards and two scores over the last three home games against the Cowboys.
Williams has been a huge bust and will continue that trend against a D that has only given up 2 rushing TD's and barely over 100 ypg rushing.
If your league allows it, I'd start a WR and go with one back.
