It's more like, because I believe in God, and that Jesus died for my sins, I feel like I want to be a better person. Not just to "get into heaven" but because it seems like the right thing to do. So, I guess you might say that I get my motivation from my belief in what God has done for me, but I don't think that being a good father or whatever will get me into heaven. I think it will help others get to heaven. Which I believe is what God wants. So, I guess I am doing it for God, but I don't mind it at all. It's not like its a burden. The want is there, it's just the execution that I am lacking in.
