Then get right with God. That's the only way to have peace about these issues. God is real, and He loves you. What's to be afraid of? Unless you love something evil (that is the common condition of all men). Not every Christian is ready to fry you. But mercy comes undeserved from God, regardless of what one Christian sect says.
