10. As he aged he let himself go getting morbidly obese. While swinging on an old vine it snaps under the weight of a 1200 lb. Tarzan and he falls 1000 feet to the bottom of a gorge, but while in descent he goes into cardiac arrest and dies of a massive heart attack.
