I don't know him well enough to pass any judgments, but the fact that he's younger I would anticipate he'd be willing to take greater risks.
I honestly wouldn't be surprised to see him fire Peterson and get "his" inherited franchise off on "his" foot while remaining true to his father's vision. He's been around the NFL long enough to know who's who and what he wants.
If he doesn't remove Peterson, then I at least envision him being a lot more tighter on Peterson than his father was. I certainly don't expect him to resign Peterson.
