Backcharge them for the time you spent attempting to correct their error. Be sure to make it more than the $445 that they want. Then after they refuse to make things right, find a lawyer and sue them for the total price of the granite and installation.
After the charge is placed on your credit card, dispute the charge as it is bogus.
