He doesn't have to coach if he can just run it all the time. And the way we ran our offense this year, did not in any way help our defense despite what Herm says. The defense just got better this year, and also played pretty poor QBed teams, we aren't there yet, but we have improved compared to the past. Herm's definition of balance is "run, run, pass, kick field goals, play good defense." He's worse than Marty, IMO.

And our offensive line isn't built to play Herm's up the butt run it offense. We had the most success with LJ this year pulling, sweeps and running draws.

Herm needs to make like Tony Dungy and leave the offense alone. IMO, his conservative nature has caused them the most problems. Solari's hands are tied, IMO.
