I'm a big fan of my asian slaw.
It's really easy to prepare at the tailgate so long as you buy prepackaged slaw mix, and chop your cilantro in advance.
Ingredients:
Bag of sliced cabbage
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
half lime
Thai peanut sauce (half cup or enough to coat entirely)
Rooster or equivalent hot sauce to taste
Place all in gallon zip-lock and toss. Serve with tongs or just dump it on a plate. I've served this with ribs, pulled pork, nearly anything.
