It is my contention that Carr is equally responsible for his sack numbers with his O-Line, because he has always had the propensity to hold onto the ball too long.
This was considered a weakness for him coming out of school, and he hasn't changed.
He's too slow with his reads, or with his decisions, and because of that, he winds up on his ass consistently.
