Looks like Joe Seahawk's post above reproduces the text of that story.
Yeah, I complained to the Globe (even though I had misgivings about piling on Borges.)
It just came down to an injustice that was being done to a guy in Tacoma who is actually working vs. a more highly paid guy in Boston who is reaping the benefits of another man's work.
