I have, first heard it in H.S. 16 yrs ago, At meiners sunfresh in brookside, Produce guy pointed to one of the cashiers and said to me, that dude is a meatpeeker, don't go anywhere or do anything in this store with him alone. Been in the lexicon ever since.
