I actually agree with the program, even if it was meant as sensationalism. The fact that this guy isnt on the sexual predators list is a bit numbing, especially since it is obvious he has no remorse for what he did and there are children in the neighborhood.
Nothing short of placing him on the list and informing the neighbors would make me happy about that situation.
