About 14% of Feely's career kickoffs have been touchbacks, compared to Tynes' 4%. In 2006, Feely had 12 touchbacks in 77 regular (non-onside) kickoffs, while Tynes had 5 touchbacks in 76 regular kickoffs.

As you can see above, he's been about the same as Tynes from 50+, and better from 40-49.
Unless someone manages to conjure up a 28-year-old Morten Andersen, Feely's worth a shot.
