I'm probably just as big if not bigger than that off duty cop. Not to mention at the time I wouldnt have thought he was a cop. Him by himself wouldnt have been able to cuff me on his own. If I was arrested so what, that video as well as testifying from witnesses would drop all of my charges in court. That guy wasn't trying to subdue anyone, he was drunk and was gonna kick a small woman's ass for not serving him more alcohol after he was already belligerently wasted. You have the right to refuse anyone of alcohol after that point.
That off duty cop is a piece of shit and deserves to have his nuts dipped a pool of sulfuric acid.
