I guess I should flesh that out a little, but I was giving you the all-knowing benefit of the doubt.
Possibles:
God has a strict plan which is predetermined. We are living out his screenplay.
God created the universe and the Laws of Nature. He tinkers with it constantly, rewarding the faithful, interceding on their behalf.
