Herm better used his WR's than Dick Vermeil did. In fact, without Priest Holmes and future HoF'er Tony Gonzales, Vermeil's vaunted passing attack would not have even been CLOSE to Herm's.
oh sure ....... lets not take into account that the chiefs had already paid their tightend like a number 1 receiver.

vermeil and company made due with what they had while he continue to try(and fail) to get defensive talent.

but hey ....... of course you're right, history proves that



so lets just go after those wide receivers and then you can make excuses all year about how it's the offensive line that is the problem, not herm or the WR's.


just like all of last year



year 2009 ...... we'll still be looking for an offensive good enough to make Herm's offense not look like shit.
