I might add that Baldwin has more than anger-management issues -- he has intelligence-management issues, too. In the middle of an never-ending custody battle, leaving evidence like that is incredibly stupid...
Even if it wasn't released publicly, a judge hears that....and it's ballgame.
Sounds like it couldn't happen to a nicer guy...didn't he beat Kim Bassinger when they were married?
