41 receptions with a 10ypc average isn't bad for a guy who's absolutely dominant running the football. Jackson caught twice as many but had just one more touchdown and averaged a yard per catch less. That kind of difference in production isn't NEARLY enough to make up for the fact that LJ is a much better runner.
Jackson's blocking isn't great, either. I don't know why some people are on his nuts here like he's Walter Payton but the dude isn't much better than LJ at all.

The problem is that with LJ there's a feeling, at least for me, and I expect many others, that he has the talent to be nearly as versatile as Tomlinson if he had the desire to work on the receiving and blocking skills.
