Grilled up with some light smoke. 2 parts Hickory, 1 part mesquite. I you must (And you shouldn't) put something on it, go with a light garlic butter. I once saw a guy put ketchup on a fine cut of meat at a local steak house. The guy is lucky he didn't get his ass kicked. I think it may still me legal here in Montana to hang any dumbass that puts that on their steak!
