As long as you draft well, it doesn't matter where you are on the charts.
you can't draft Calvin Johnson if you're picking 18th....and you don't get Joe Thomas picking 25th, you get Joe Staley...etc

the higher you pick the more options you have and, imho, one draft with high picks would quickly finish our rebuild...
