I'll tell you what IMPACT this had on thier sales here in Junction City, KS.
We have 2 pizza huts in town and the one I usually call is take out and delivery ONLY. I called at 5:00 PM and I was on hold for more than 10 minutes.
I hang up while still on hold and call the 2nd Pizza Hut that is Take Out or Dine IN ONLY.
Make my order thier because I decided takeout would be FASTER than delivery. They told me it would be 45 minutes for my order to be ready.
F*** ME
There was NO FUGG'N place to park for a BLOCK around the Pizza Hut.
People were lined up OUTSIDE the door for takeout. Another line was halfway to the door for dine in and I spent 1/2 an hour just getting close the the counter.
Finally they started calling names out and "MY NAME" got called ahead of 6 people in front of me. I got to cut in line.
Long story short.... It was for a good cause but I am dissapointed in PIZZA HUT here in JC for NOT BEING READY. They had to know thier business was going to increase by a good margin?
