Because he's singling himself out.
Part of the experience of training camp is sleeping in shitty conditions - even Clark Hunt sleeps on a hard as hell dorm bed every night.
I'm sure it would be pretty easy for 100 RV's to be parked outside of River Falls, but that's not what it's about.
It's about the grind of training camp.
Why should Priest be allowed to bring an RV in when he hasn't even shown his face to the team in a year and a half? It screams of Paris Hilton-itis.
