You can't tell by that angle, but I saw this on the news the other night and he was actually bleeding from the left side of his mouth...

BLEEDING, NOT FROTHING: That wasn't tobacco juice flowing out of the corner of Mark Mangino's mouth as he angrily chewed out a player on the sidelines Saturday night. It was blood.
The Kansas coach explained that he accidentally hit a sore on his chin and it began to bleed. He was lashing into Raimond Pendleton, who had drawn a 15-yard penalty for diving into the end zone after returning a punt 77 yards for a touchdown.
"I took the head set off and bumped the cut early in the game," Mangino said. Then when he began chewing out the player, his head set hit the sore again.
"Raimond understands what we're trying to do, how we're trying to conduct ourselves after a score," Mangino said. "But no, it's a cut I've had on my chin since Thursday morning. I still can't get it stopped. I might have to see a doctor."
