I think some combination of both. If the person was taped without their knowledge, the asshole that did it, likely has spread it to other places, and possibly has broken some laws.
The person has done nothing wrong if they don't know.....and while they may be embarrassed, they'll be angry with the person responsible.
I'd tell them.
The real embarrassing part would be explaining to them what you were doing when you found it...that you were watching closely enough to recognise them.......and that you finished yourself before realizing you were watching Grandma at the gangbang.
I had a pal in college from Carthage, who was watching a pRon with some pals...and realized his dad was the guy wrecking the womb with a skin sword.
