Women over here have absolutely no problem being women. Men respect them for their abilities in the work force whether their tits are hanging out or not. From the girls I've talked to over here, there is no glass ceiling, everything is based upon ability only, not what is between their legs.

The Germans are the same way. I lived in Germany for many years and their attitude toward women in the workforce was exactly the same. (except the German girls have nicer booties and racks.
