Green made up for his lack of arm strength with savvy and smarts. Neither of which Huard possesses. Green used his progressions and picked defenses apart when they tried to cheat. And Green did have a better arm than Huard. He could throw the bomb. Huard can't so it shortens the field the defense has to defend. You are fighting a losing battle, Hootie, shut the fuck up.
