I just ordered service from them and my damn order got completely fugged up. I have been going round and round with them on it and now have to wait until Friday to get my phone, that I received last Thursday, activated.
considering all the crap I have heard about Sprint and all the crap I am going though, I am of a mind to just cancel before my 30 days even gets here.
I ordered on the 12th got my phone on the 15th and won't be able to use it until the 26th if I am lucky.
On top of that, I don't know how many times they said they would call me back that day or the next and never heard word one from them. I have had to contact them almost daily.
