When Arrowhead made the smokers go to the concourse it made going to games a lot nicer for those of us who are trying to avoid an early self inflicted death.
Usually, if you asked the person next to you not to smoke and they came regularly to games it was never an issue. But then you would have some buttwipe who shows up for one game and starts smoking and gets all indignant when you are asking him or her not to.
The crackdown on excessive drinking and profanity helped too to make it better. Its just some people have to punctuate every other sentence with f bombs that are a major anoyance. But you get them hauled off pretty quick if you need to.
