agreed, i think a jury could reasonably accept him beating up the kid but not both. by reasonably accept i mean a state of mind type thing.
what i wonder is....doesnt the article say the stepdad cought him doing it? so then why do this after hes out? just b/c your out on bail it doesnt mean that hes not going to jail. sorry as sick as this is, something in this story is missing.
