Go see Waimea falls on the north shore while you are on that side hit Kailua and rent a canoe you can take them to an outer island. Hanauma bay is a great snorkeling location. Of course you need to go to the Polynesian cultural center. And if you like pulled pork there is a little shack right outside of Honolulu called The Big Kahuna that is amazing.
