The 49ers are happy with Justin Smith for their end and would probably want to go OLB or even try another WR.
The rest of the reason is that I believe Campbell has dropped down yet another round. Maybe the bottom of the second if he's lucky, but he looks like a third rounder to me. He showed up to the Combine horrendously slow, even for a 3-4 lineman, and grossly overweight. The guy better have a fire lit under his ass otherwise you'd wasted a 2nd rounder.
Early Doucet is on the board still, and would be a pretty good combo with James Hardy. You'd have a pair of above average guys that could flourish as #1 and #2 compliments. That's probably what I would have considered for the 49ers, unorthodox as it may be.
Also I believe the 49ers would take a hard look at OT Tony Hills for RT. Hills doesn't have the speed or athleticism to be a good LT, but they're moving Staley there. Instead, Hills is a pissed off ass kicker who'd be a solid-to-great RT depending on how well he transfers to the NFL.
And I believe the biggest hole for the 49ers is actually at OLB. They resigned Roderick Green but he's just a guy -- there are a couple seriously good OLBs on the board at this point that could fit into the 49ers 3-4 scheme, most notably Michigan's Shawn Crable, who'd be fair value at this point.

To be dead honest the 49ers would have probably taken Groves with their first pick in this scenario and came back with a WR at this pick.
