The Seahawks have had horrific TE play over the years. Jeremy Stevens was a monumental bust. Marcus Pollard was a free agent dud.
With the 55th pick the Seattle Seahawks select TE Brad Cottam, Tennessee.
The Seahawks love Cottam's size and he's displayed good speed. At 6'7", 270lbs Cottom is a good blocker and has good hands. He should be able to immediately improve both the run and pass games helping to open up the offense.
