I think OLB was the right choice, and Ali Highsmith is a fair selection. I would have opted for Erin Henderson, who I think is the superior linebacker but Highsmith doesn't have Henderson's injury history, so I think it's a fair pick.
My pick, again, would have been Erin Henderson, he's the best player remaining on my board and he would have filled a position on need. I do think there's a fair chance the Packers take a QB in the middle-to-late rounds this year to shore up some depth, but if they saw something in Chad Henne that I haven't seen, they might jump several needs and opt with him. But considering Green Bay's outstanding QB coaching, I'm willing to guess they'd gamble on Josh Johnson in a midround.
