I think, because he is so especially talented, he'd be worth a look in the 2nd at the absolute earliest. Rachal's not even the second best OG I have on the board, so he might actually go under who I think would be one of the biggest reaches in this Draft. I'd go Heath Benedict (who is an OT but can master OG), Roy Schuening, Eric Young, or even Rachal's teammate Radovich.
I took Brandon Albert in the first because I think he is far and away the very best O-Lineman in this draft, and the Steelers will be looking for a couple of O-Linemen.

That is my opininion, and if you disagree, then all I can say is, that's just too ****ing bad.
