It's about the affects of adreneline on the mind's ability to slow time or preceive it more slowly.
They show a guy dropped from a 200' structure into a net. They put a watch-like device on his wrist and ask him to read the display on the ground. The number on the device blinks so rapidly that he can't read it. It's just a blur.
When dropped from that height, he's able to see the rapidly blinking number far more clearly and reports that the nearly accurately (he mis-reads a 6 as an 8 and another 6 as a zero). But he's suprisingly accurate, suggesting that the adreniline helps slow his perception of time.
