The Jets have done a good job trying to find WR weapons in this Draft. Avery and Thomas will both help and their run game is going to look very impressive with Jones/McFadden/Washington, but they are still going to struggle on defense. Their LB corps is still completely naked in the middle, and their situation at CB is almost as sad as ours. They could also use another NT to come in for Jenkins, since Jenkins is not an every-down guy.
I obviously think the best pick here is CB Trae Williams, since he's a potential starting CB that's somehow fallen all the way down to the 4th. He's talented enough to have been taken in the 2nd any other year.
Vince Hall is also a good candidate for the 3-4 ILB. I think he's a reach here normally, since for all his talent he's still running the 40 in 4.88. But ILBs don't need to be fast, they need to be powerful tacklers and LOS terrors. He's a bit small but he's experienced against great competition and can make some noise if in the right scheme.
