FSN Kansas City is in its first year as the exclusive television home of Royals baseball. FSN Kansas City will deliver the most expansive Royals television schedule ever, including 140 regular-season games, Royals Live pregame and postgame shows and many games in High Definition. Royals on FSN Kansas City on Cable Television FSN Kansas City is available in Kansas, Kansas City and Nebraska on the same channel number on which FSN Midwest was located. In the immediate Kansas City area, that includes Time Warner (channel 59), Comcast (channel 48 in Independence, Mo.; 73 in Olathe, Kan.), Everest (channel 30), AT&T (channel 750) and FairPoint (channel 128).
Royals on FSN Kansas City on DirecTV and Dish Network Royals games on FSN Kansas City are available within FSN's Royals footprint on DirecTV and Dish Network via the satellite providers' sports alternate channels. On DirecTV, Royals games will air on channel 648. On Dish Network, the channel number for Royals games will vary between 444 and 452.
Royals on FSN Midwest in Central MissouriAll of FSN's Royals telecasts will be available to fans in central Missouri beginning in 2008. Of the 140 games, 45 will air on the main FSN Midwest channel on cable. The remaining 95 games will air on cable on an alternate channel (Mediacom Connections channel 19 or 20 in Springfield, Columbia and Jefferson City; other cable systems TBD). On DirecTV, all Royals games will air on channel 648. On Dish Network, the channel number for all Royals games will vary between 444 and 452. Fans in central Missouri will also continue to receive St. Louis Cardinals telecasts.
Royals in High Definition on FSN Kansas City For the first time, select Royals games will be produced in High Definition. FSN Kansas City will televise 88 Royals games in HD in 2008. FSN HD telecasts are available via many cable and satellite providers, including:

Royals in Iowa FSN Midwest will televise Kansas City Royals baseball in Iowa in 2008, bringing the Royals to fans across the state for the first time on the regional sports network.
