Tashard Choice is a pure value pick. We now have great depth at RB. LJ isn't exactly young anymore.

Like I said Ellis is a great pick. Then you get a pass rush specialist who doesnt use his hands well, and needs to expand his pass rushing repitoire that we would work into a rotation. He also has injury problems and lacks the size to anchor against the run, and is another lack of consistant effort player.
Next is a CB who has the physical tools, but was abused last year by good route runners, looked bad down the stretch when left on an island, and is "not particularly aggressive or physical in run support." I think Herm can get a lot out of this kid, but it looks like another physical attributes verses actual production situation.
Simpson as you said needs work and looked pretty good against bad competition. May end up OK, but just more of what we got. Not too fast, but he does run good routes and relies on that. Whether he fools pro competition remains to be seen.
Choice becomes our 3rd RB... nice complementary pick...Kolby Smith part 2.Maybe he edges him out maybe not. Better players available yet again and at positions that will help the team long term.
Richardson struggled at the senior bowl and although he has great size and can road grate, lacks quickness and balance to face speed rushers. One mag has him the 19th Guard, another 16th OT, another 18th OT. Yea its a later round, but this guy aint starting day 1 even for this team.
