I think the Saints have filled adequately most of the holes they had coming into the offseason.
They signed Dan Morgan and Vilma to work on their LBs, Cro will be a great CB and Gay should be a solid backup, Sims gives them the massive NT they need, and Keller is a much needed presense at TE.
That said, Bush can't return kicks for them anymore, so Dexter Jackson looks very appetizing. Wheatley and Lowery are still on their board as well, and you can never have too many corners.
