It sounds crazy, but if Tiger can post a 71 or even par, he might win this thing. After seeing Justin Rose post a 78 in near perfect conditions, I can only imagine what we might see today.

You have to remember that the tournament organizers aren't the sadists at the USGA. The people @ Augusta realize that when people like Zach Johnson win a battle of attrition at +1, it doesn't help bring in the casual fan. They made the course set up more forgiving this year so that -6 to -10 would be the winning score.
If the wind is really howling, expect some of the Sunday pins to be moved from their normal locations.
And Justin Rose shoots a 78 in perfect conditions every year @ The Masters.
